Domaine de Valensac is a very superior Vin de Pays d’Oc producer. The secret lies in restrained yields and picking at perfect ripeness along with modern handling and wine making. The grapes are only picked in the cool of the morning. The white wine is given extended skin contact to maximise flavours and the red wine is given a long three week fermentation.

The Chardonnay has lots of ripe, juicy almost sweet fruit, excellent balance and good length. Not as over the top as Australian Chardonnay and all the better for it. Order this wine
